Qur'an - Light that reaches every heart

In the premises of the Cultural Center of the "Riza Bajrami" Mosque, in Shkozet, a special activity was held for the donation of The Holy Qur'an, adapted in physical and electronic format for the visually impaired, thanks to the support of Qatar Charity Albania.

The Vice President of the Muslim Community of Albania, Mr. Lauren Luli, First Consul of the Qatar Embassy in Tirana, Mrs. Wisam Xhufejri, Director of Qatar Charity Albania, Mr. Karam Aly, together with Mr. Gentian Mara, as well as the imam of the "Riza Bajrami" Mosque, Mr. Anise Neck.

In his speech of the occasion, Vice President Luli appreciated the continuous cooperation with Qatar Charity Albania, concreted over the years through social, religious and cultural projects. He emphasized the importance of this initiative, which enables this category of believers to have easier access to the Holy Qur'an and its teachings.

While the Director of Qatar Charity Albania, Mr. Karam Aly, expressed his satisfaction for the realization of this project. He appreciated the importance of creating new opportunities for inclusion and access to religious resources, inviting those present to appreciate this opportunity and use it to delve further into the teachings and instructions of the holy book.

Within this initiative, 30 visually impaired people were provided with copies of the Holy Quran, physically and electronically adapted to their needs, creating better opportunities for reading, listening and acquiring the Word of Allah.
