The Directorate of Culture follows and implements the duties of the Presidency of the Muslim Community and draws up and follows the directorate's annual plan for all Islamic cultural activities.
The Director of the Directorate must have graduated from a secular or Islamic theological faculty, as well as be specialized in the field of interreligious dialogue, as well as have various publications. The director must know at least one foreign language and have more than 5 years of work experience.
The Directorate of Culture and Interreligious Dialogue responds to and follows all kinds of cultural activities, such as symposiums, conferences, panels, activities, round tables, book publications with the KMSH logo, related to the promotion of Islamic Culture and Interreligious Dialogue.
Directorate of Culture and Dialogue Interfaith has under its jurisdiction the Department of Interfaith Dialogue and the Publishing Council.
Departamenti i Dialogut Ndërfetar, në koordinim me të gjitha organet e institucionit të Komunitetit Mysliman të Shqipërisë, si dhe në bashkëpunim me Komunitetet e tjera fetare tradicionale në vend dhe Këshillin Ndërfetar të Shqipërisë, organizon aktivitete të ndryshme për të promovuar dashurinë dhe tolerancën ndërfetare ndër shqiptarët, si dhe të nxisë, me anë të të gjitha mjeteve, ruajtjen dhe promovimin e traditës së shkëlqyer të bashkëjetesës dhe harmonisë ndërfetare në vendin tonë.
Sektori i redaksisë përbëhet nga redaktorët dhe gazetarët, të cilët kryejnë dhe kontrollojnë të gjithë punën dhe veprimtarinë e shtypit të KMSH-së sipas statutit dhe rregullores së brendshme. Redaksia ka detyrë të nxjerrë në kohë revistat, organizon procesin e shpërndarjes dhe të marketingut të saj, si dhe sistemon, pasuron dhe ruan arkivin e revistave.
